Review: Tarte Deluxe Primer Trio & Urban Decay De Slick

Tarte Deluxe Primer Trio

I used to use the Tarte Poreless Primer around 2 months ago and i loved it so so much, but then i ran out and i haven't repurchase it. So i decided to try the Tarte Deluxe Primer Trio which a set contains 2 face primers (flawless and poreless) and 1 eye primer (creaseless) because i also want to try the flawless one. This is a really great set with a very reasonable price, and i feel like the size is not so bad, they are baby sizes but it's pretty decent to try tarte primers. Since it is holiday season, i think you can get this set for someone that just starting out with makeup.

What i say:

This is a really really good primer. It's a clear gel so it really is filling my pores, BUT not in a bad way like clogging them . The consistency is quite thick (because it's a gel) and it gives a matte finish which i really love. It does make my face feels so smooth and refined. Also keeping my makeup last all day long.

* Clean Slate Flawless

It says:

- Silicon-free

- Waterproof

- Brightening

What i say:

This one is more for drier skin, because it's hydrating. That's why i like poreless better. Because it is silicon-free so it is safe to use for people who's allergic to silica. The consistency is really light and liquidy, if that's even a word. It has a slight floral scent that i like though. It's not clear, it's white and kinda shimmery but not like edward cullen shimmery.

* Clean Slate 360 Creaseless

It says:

- Shadow primer and under eye base all-in-one

- Waterproof

- Shadow lock formula

What i say:

I do like it, but it's too liquidy and it's white. I'm the kinda person who likes flesh toned eye primer better than colored ones, however if you do like consistency of it, white primer is great because it will pops up your eyeshadow even more. I just wish Tarte come out with more colors.

Urban Decay De Slick Makeup Setting Spray

Back in i think july-august i loved this setting spray because it's oil controlling. My face became less oily that it normally is. I havent repurchase it for a while, because i feel like the weather is getting colder and my skin is not so oily. But then i saw that urban decay is having a sale, and i thought to myself, 'what the heck just buy it'. It was a really good deal and i just cant resist. Urban Decay also has some other choices on setting spray which i think i made a post about that in my 'Back To Basic' post, i wrote about all nighter, de slick and dew me but UD has some more, just check their website for further info.

Urban Decay claims that this spray will keep you matte and shine-free for 16 hours, i dont know about that because i never really use it that long, but it does keeping my makeup looking great for around 8-10 hours. As you can see it is made by Skindinavia. Skindinavia has an awesome, awesome setting spray collection. I also want to try the All Nighter, i might get it if it's still on sale.

How to use:
1. Shake well
2. Spray 2-4 times before foundation and after your skin care
3. Spray 2-4 times AFTER foundation/makeup
Remember: Best to spray it in an 'X' and 'T' motion.
